The Leroy Somer LSA44.3 alternator series are a range of highly efficient alternators that have been designed so that they are suitable for all typical generator set applications. The alternators in this range use a shunt excitation system as standard however the alternators are available with an AREP (auxiliary wound) or PMG excitation system as optional extras.
